Chicago Harbor/Split Rock Lighthouse Stein With lid
The body of the stein is stoneware with raised-relief decoration and portrays lighthouses, dolphins, whales and waves. The handle has a rope border.
The pewter thumblift is a mussel shell. The pewter lid is embossed with a leaping dolphin design.
These are painted by Mark Sherman of Harbor Lights Company and capture the most famous lighthouses in Illinois and Minnesota, respectively. The names of the lighthouses appear directly below the circular porthole style images.
