2002 Limitat Stein This year's King Limitat stein is cast from an original 1895 mold, originally fashioned by Gustav Thinwibel. This large stein features three scenes of three professions, a carpenter, a blacksmith and a baker. The double lion with shield on base of the stein depicts the royal surveillance of these professions, the most successful members of which could be honored by being named: Purveyor to his/her majesty the King or Queen.
The full-color artwork is hand-painted with traditional background colors of cobalt blue and light brown with gold trim.
The lid is solid pewter with antiqued decoration. Limited Edition of 2,500 pieces. Made in Germany by King.
