Swordsman's Feast Stein
. This 1/2-liter stein is “etched” in valuable antique Mettlach style and limited to 100 pieces each. Manufactured by Thewalt of Germany, each stein is individually numbered and hand painted in full color with rustic brown and green accents for distinctive set displays.
This Mettlach Revival stein portrays the scene of swordsmen returned from battle for a feast. The etched cobblestone, bricks and shrubs bring this scene to life. The pewter lid includes a ceramic inlay with an owl, a clock and the words “Dem Glucklichen Schlagt Keine Stunde,” which roughly translates to “Good Times Know No Hour”.
